Did Dove change the formula for their deoderant?

I switched a couple years ago to Dove Sensitive Skin deodorant on the advice from people in this group. Sine then I have not had any outbreaks at all in my armpits. Still dealing with some other places but none there. Then 2 months ago I bought a new stick, same exact one I always buy, and BAM! Breakout! Not just one but right now I have 5 under one arm and 2 under the other. In the past when I have had them under my arms they form, burst, and heal eventually and go away. But I have one that is not healing, it's just hanging out leaking.
This week I stopped using any deodorant at all, and started washing 2 times a day with hibecleanse to keep the BO smell down. And now I'm starting to heal.
I live in Texas. This no deodorant thing is not going to work in a couple months.
What do people use? I was fine with dove sensitive skin deodorant with antiperspirant, but now I am nervous to try other things without checking with y'all first.
I can't keep using the hibicleanse the way I am. The weird thing about my skin is it's happiest if I don't wash it with antibacterials very often unless I have one that's open. It likes Ivory soap. But not every day. I think it has something to do with good bacteria helping some how, and the hibicleanse kills them off.
What should I do?

I haven't tried myself, but what about the natural crystals? I heard they are even sold at some walmarts.

I am trying them this week but today was not a good start. I washed with hibicleanse and then used the roll on form of the crystal deodorant. I don't think it's irritating my skin but it also didn't seem to work very well today....

The Dove *spray* deodorant might help. When I first saw the commercial for it, I was like, OMG!!! It's like they know me! lol (Because I've been using Dove for at least a decade, even converted the SO, and because there are times that I can not bear the friction of actually applying deodorant, smh.)

I use the Crystal Spray. I buy it off of Amazon. I was at a loss as to what kinds of deodorants to use since everything made me break out so badly. I have had hardly any breakouts since I have started using it, however with summer upon us I keep one in my bag at all times to reapply throughout the day if I feel the need. I highly recommend it.

Coconut oil works really well. Sounds weird I know but it's good stuff. Also not shaving really helps.

Since my first post I have switched to Crystal spray. I just have to re apply it in the early afternoon. It's taking some time but my skin has been calming down after some epic flare ups.
