I was put on birth control to slow the symptoms of HD
But all that has happened is that now I mainly get flare ups for a few weeks around my period. It's so painful...
2 weeks of flare ups and 2 weeks of nothing. The birth control has just localised the time of flare ups... hasn't really helped with the symptoms.
