I would love to tell you all my story and how im trying to get my HS under control so it wont be a #62 (surgeries)for me. I recently found out that gluten, Dairy, and all things that are artifical that causes inflammation plays a major roll in our condition. I ate some with reg sugar let me tell you it messed me up. I ate a chicken tender and the next day a big flare in stomach and bottom area. I will never do that again. since changing all that since january i have had 1 flare up in 7 months that was 2 weeks ago. Since then it has been removed.
