Hi everybody! It's been a long time but I've been lurking around here a little bit again and i'm looking for advice.
As stated in the title i'm young and not sure how i'm ever going to support myself... I graduated last May and well... Not much has happened. I have had massive support from my family but I can't do much in the financial stance. I feel like a bum but who will take someone who can hardly stand for 20 minutes?

Open up to those around you about the issues. If it's that debilitating that you can't stand for more than 20 minutes you probably need surgery - assuming you don't live in a 3rd world country it should be government funded? Maybe start heading down that path and ask for support to get you through the surgery so you actually have a goal to improve the condition.
Also everything seems to point to diet.... I have never been a dieter, but I can demonstrate flare-ups 12 hours after eating potato.
