There are several kinds of hernias, but the all happen when pressure pushes an organ (often the intestine) through a weak spot in a muscle face or wall. Treatment for hernias can be no treatment, to medicines to surgery. Modern surgical methods to treat hernias are much improved over older techniques and recovery times are much shorter.
its my first time joining a support group. Ive found it very difficult to cope with these sickness. My friends wont understand what I am really experiencing inside. From the chest pain, gasping of breath, tummy aches, belching and that feeling that something is stuck in your throat..
i also feel like I have anxiety for I get difficulty sleeping pattern. :( i wake up and my heart is pounding crazy :(
anybody been on the same symptoms?

im only 25, but I feel like im in so much pain :(
You are not alone i too suffer from these symptoms and more. I feel like im having a heart attack every day and no one understands what that is like day in day out. Hang in there
