My cousin and his partner came to dinner.. He was so sick it was heartbreaking.. We had such a bittersweet time..
He died shortly after..
His partner was so grateful.. As was my uncle..

I lost 90% of my peers and I miss them so much today. I have a very hard time finding anyone to recall, to share old memories with of much before the mid 90's.
I used to feel like they all got on a bus and left for California ..left me behind. Except for my present partner I've pretty well remained a loner ever since.
SOrry you lost many friends, ImK.
Conspiracies or not, HIV folks are living long lives now and that is wonderful.
It's our turn very soon!
For anyone who lost loved ones to AIDS, this is a day to remember them.
