The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
And it should so not be this way - about money, about insurance companies having the power to deny tx to ANYONE because of the cost of the meds.
I am geno 3a - oh well, I am in it for 6 months...
Why couldn't they have done all this research years ago????
