Tonight is my first shot on my own and I'm a little confused of the order of things. What is your schedule (detailed please) on shot night?

dinner @6
shot @7
snack/ribo @8:30
bed @10

or

snack/rebo@8:30
shot/bed @10

I normally take my shot around 6pm. The Riba, I normally take around 8pm, and I eat whenever I remember to eat, lol...at this point, there is no normal dinner time around here.

I always took my shot on a Friday night either right before or right after my evening meal...which was around 6:00 p.m.

The riba I always took with my breakfast at 7:00 a.m. and my evening meal at 6:00 p.m.

I took my ribas at 9 and 9.
Shot night was around 8pm, Sat. I would have a nice dinner around 6 and at 7.30 would take a Tylenol pm.

Some nights the shot would make me drowsy and other nights I couldn't sleep.

I took my Riba at 6 am & 6 pm. I never had problems with insomnia except for the one night I forgot the EVIL pills and took around 8. I had a very restless night.

As for the shot, I took mine right before bed time - that way I slept through any sides. Be sure you take tylenol before your shot, it really helps.

i would usually take my shot around noon on wednesdays cause the sides would kick in about 5 hrs later. the riba as soon as i got up and then the 2nd round of riba around 5 or 5:30 pm. if you take the second dose of riba too late then you can't sleep.

be sure to drink about 100 oz of water a day.
