Hi,
After shot #3, my hemoglobin is down to 10mg/dl and white blood count (wbc) is at 2.8 [pretty low].
I see the NP for the first follow up appt this Thurs and know she will want me to start on at least one new med to treat the anemia and low blood count.
Any advice?

Did they let you stay on tx?
I'm so worried that they'll make me stop before I join the UNDIE dance.
Your dr's office will give you the best advice based on all your labs & your other health issues. May I suggest, following their recommendations?
My doc said ..umm...brain fog cloud...85% will get some degree of anemia. If my counts go down, you can bet i'll take whatever to build them up. Don't want any more trouble than I've got.
If insurance is an issue, there are ways to get meds, legally. Let us know?
I'm not thinking of ignoring the doc's advice/new tx, but I thought that maybe there was more than one medically acceptable tx and would like to hear more about "Consumer Satisfaction" with different approaches.
