It's alot easier to drink your food than eat it, and cold goes down easeir than hot food.
I too do not have a good appetite either. It's so hard to find things that don't have salt or sugar, and that don't make me want to gag. I've been eating lots of KD lately. mmmm tastes good, but it has salt in it. What am I suppose to do? boil vegetables and leave them in the water? There's my soup.... yuk. and if I don't eat every two or three hours I feel really sick. Got a mean cramp in my liver area today because I didn't eat much all afternoon. Just some strawberries.
So we are in the same boat, only I am not diabetic... just early cirrhosis.
Good luck to both of us on finding good things to eat that will fill you up.
