Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
I know that some vitamins in excess can harm our livers... I think B6 is one of them- but can't remember.. Darn brain fog!

I think pure water is the best, though. You can add a lil ginger or cucumber to make the water tastier.
if you must; drink one a day max, but I wouldn't have any more than that....
lots o fresh water, w lemon will work, even fresh lemonaide w a touch o sugar.....or mellow real 100% fruit juices, except for grapefruit.....i found it super acidic amd messed up my stomach badly....
I always use a brita filter for all water and usually put a lemon slice in the water. Lemon also helps w/phlegm, it breaks it up. Used that and nettie pot in winter, same in summer for allergies. No allergy pills for me anymore!!! I was drinking some seltzer water this week *(my fav!) but I seem to retain water on it, so no more. There is also MIO, a flavoring u can put in ur water (walmart etc). I feel lost if I don't have water by my side, especially in my car!
