Take the D3 - 2,000 mg a day. My labs now come out normal on D3 because I take it in that amount. It also is essential for calcium absorption.
I don't even know what is included in the multivitamins. I've just always had other stuff on my mind about my labs reports. I meant to say that my calcium reading is always slightly low on my labs reports. There is no reading on the reports about vitamin D levels. I know that a few minutes a day of sun would give us all the D3 we need, especially living in this area, but I don't always get that much sun.
D3 (source) is what was recommended by my GP.
Its not possible to eat all the food it would take for me to be nourished.
Yes I take D3, calcium, fosomax, and many other supplements.
