While Incivek didn't work for me - it did help many find a cure. And even though Vertex is trying to find a combo - I can't imagine taking two of their drugs - call me Brand Shy - if I had the ability to treat w incivek again - don't know that I could do it again
Interferon is now being used in the treatment of melanoma. They are already looking at different avenues. Not sure about Riba.

I've know that for a long time.
It seems triple therapy worsk best in relapsers to Interferon , but not for non responders
