Undetected - Lab gave me old results

Lab & Dr's Office gave me misinformation & when I checked the dates on the Lab results I was given, comparing them to what Dr's Assistant had told me b4 starting treatment, I realized she was reading 12Million off of an RNA dated back in March 2014.

Sooooo, as of 5/1/14 labs (about 2 wks prior to Tx) I was at only 1,040,000

6/1 AST=22, ALT=8

6/16 RNA = UNDETECTED!!

Oh, and today begins 7th week of 12 wk Tx - so I'm in fantastic spirits, though fatigue & now chicken skin on my elbows (never had in my life) are my main concerns, but I do my walking early & other chores also early - some days I can garden later in the afternoons once our Sun returns here on the Pacific NW Coast in Lower Oregon ...

Get new CBCAs run on 7/13, so will see new ALT/ASTs then.

Shoot - it's early - that should read as of 5/1/2015 THIS YEAR, just 2 weeks prior to Tx, I was only at a million 40k. Yeesh, I need more high-powered tea! hahaha

Thanks all! Now if I could only get this "chicken skin" on my elbows cleared up. Showed up about 2 weeks ago & the Amlactin Doc ordered seemed to just make it worse, spreading to both (was only on right at first), so last evening started using just Vaseline, cuz she & Pharm't both said sometimes even just Vaseline can clear it up. Wasn't due to sun exposure - just dry skin, I guess - never had dry skin probs, but guessing the Ribavirin or Sovaldi or both might be causing it... *sigh* BIG *sigh*

I did the SOV/Riba and my skin was horrible - I have dry skin to begin with.

My eyes were really dry also. Everything returns to normal after the meds are done and get out of your system.

So glad to hear the good news though!!
