On Tuesday I had my Flu/Pneumonia jab and on Wednesday had my usual Interferon jab!
Yesterday Thursday I had the worst set of Panic attacks I have ever had since I gave up alcohol.
I thought I was on the edge of throwing a fit!!!
Yes I know Panic Attacks are just what they say 99% of the time but a fit which I have suffered before is a horrible experience.
I think my body had too much medication ie legal overdose, just a warning try not to have two jabs too close to each other!!!!!!

WOW! yep u got a double whammy!I get my flu shot on the 21rst, no fun! Panic attacks suck, I get those too. I do alot of deep breathing as my dr's are so anti medications.all they will give me is abilify which adds to my anxious feelings but helps with fatique and depression.This too shall pass.I hope you feel better!

you like to torture yourself don't you. i still won't get a flu shot. you are one tough cookie. just think how strong you'll be after tx. you've quit drinking and drugging and fighting the dragon head on. your a survivor buddy, keep up the good work,

Hi. Haven't heard from you in a while. Is that a new photo? It looks the same but somehow different. I hope you're doing better. I was wondering about you as I hadn't seen you on for a while, and you were having such a hard time there at first. I you're doing much better now. I never get a flu shot. I just hate needles. If I could swallow a pill to prevent the flu, I'd be right on it, but a shot? No way! Happy to see your smiling face again! Cathie
