If I remember right 3.5 a shot! But during my last round of TX, I had to do them once or twice and sometimes 3 times a week!! Hope this helps my Northern Star!! Love ya

Im on it, 3 shots a week at 300 mcg a dose. It helps keep white white count stable, yes it helps because without it, I could finish my treatment.

this is week #16 of treatment and i've been on neupogen since week #4 i think?

thanks Quasar, really appreciate you guys giving me some feed back on this particular drug.
Since I never experience the drug myself, I thought the best way to get the quantity per week, would be to ask those who did take it.
Thanks again, you have made my job a lot easier and accurate at this time.

Mack, the doc put me on neupogen about 2 months into tx.I took 300 mgs. 2 times weekly.Then, i recieved a note from my doc saying to discontinue the neup. because I had too many wbc.So i stopped for maybe 1 month. At that point, my wbc went almost to nothing.So since then, I have been put back on neup. @ 300 mg. 1 time weekly.It is maintaining my wbc.
Also, this shot is very painful on site.I would much rather take the pegasis than neupogen. :)

the doc called today and said now my wbc's are too high! i supposed to cut down to twice weekly, 300mcg's. (instead of 3 times a week)
