Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
Seems it's one of the rules of the road DS set out about asking for money.
I seems if one is discreet about it DS leaves it alone.
Meanwhile Deb is having more than anyone's fair share of challenges but all hope is not gone yet.
It's great that so many have wanted to help in what ever way they can and the fund does continue to slowly grow.
On the other hand, there should be a way we can be allowed to help those in need. Perhaps a simple voting system? Too many negative votes and the post is removed. If enough people vote it up... it's left alone. It's not a perfect system, but neither is zero tolerance.
Guess we'll have to use the priv msg method to all our contacts in future?
And DS should find better things to worry about.
