Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

Thanks for all the help whilst i was on TX moaning and panicking and ranting on everyday miserable and frightened. But all the people now my friends you know who you are !

Now virus free 6month results next week, I went throgh pure HELL as do many, but to all you heppers starting or thinking of TX i would say give it a go. I know some people it doesn't work on ( i do feel for you) i don't know what i would do? you are the strongest people who don't give up hope.

Once again THANKYOU to DS without whose help i would never have got through it!!!

Maybe one day there will be an easy way to Kill The Dragon!

Congrats, I sure hope all is clear next week, yes the treatment is hell, I thought it would be bad but was am shocked at the intensity of them. how fast my hair started falling out, headaches and how fast the pains started. thank goodness they have some drugs to lesson the horrigle effects. You did it! Congrats!!! Hugs and Love

this group of people friggin rock. ive done enough intron n ragetabs to totally relate to the mental struggle that is such a big part of tx. its good clean entertainment to laugh at and with you while that shit has ya all bent up. intron bent n hellbound was my plan. cant wait to do the stuff again. :)>

Good luck to you! I just finished treatment last week. I go for post blood work today.

Question, if you don't mind. Did you get any other med's or get warned about higher risk with B & C?
