One really simple I'm stressed - like in traffic - or whatever... is to BREATHE!! Just stop and take a deep inhale and exhale; repeat! It calms you down physically and emotionally! It's AMAZING!!!
Sometimes, like when trying to get to sleep, I combine inhaling and exhaling with a simple "mantra" like syaing "LET" on the in-breath and "GO" on the outbreath! LET GO! It's amazing how quickly this let's me get to sleep.
A walk in the woods always does it for me.
Another thing that works is exercise. With chronic fatigue, exercise sounds impossible, I know. If you can make a commitment to - say, 20 minutes - even walking - every day, it will help.
