Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
For those of you that have been here for a while, I am still alive and kicking. in next couple of weeks I go for a 7 month post tx blood draw. The 30 day post tx was undie and I am confident that this one will be also. As to where I have been? for those that care LOL I have just been swamped with work. Too busy to stop and think sometimes.
Yes most are not here anymore although I just got a surprise email today from an old buddy here. Somebody wanted my addy that also no longer comes by so I said go ahead and give it. Hard to keep up with everybody individually and I am sofa king not doing Facebook so have to make an effort. In fact, I just wrote another old timer to keep in touch. Anyway that's all for now. Best of luck. Nice to be back to our own lives. I could've done without that major derailment but whatchoo gonna do?
