I find that warm moist towels on the eyes and frequent use of viscose eye drops helps but this I suppose is my permanent state.
The blacked out areas of vision did impove a little once I stopped SOC
The hot compress on eyes and rubbing them with your closed fist sometimes loosens the blockage..it helps!
