Black out areas of vision, retinal pigment changes. Eyes that burn like I've been peeling onions for days! Hot eye compresses and Family pack size bottle of eye drops Thank you SOC!

So sorry! One more reason to wait and not take Interferon for those new to this, or those who like me have been warehoused for a decade.

My optometrist did a retinal scan that showed pigmental changes in the macular region. My GP send me to an ophthalmologist who did a lot of hmm haaa and then referred me to a retinologist who did a lot of ohh errr..
That's about it!
I find that warm moist towels on the eyes and frequent use of viscose eye drops helps but this I suppose is my permanent state.
The blacked out areas of vision did impove a little once I stopped SOC

there are books written on eye improvement lots of it has to do with eye muscle strength and exercising the eyes may not help permanent damage but could help sooth somewhat.

Yes Shadow, those little ducts are along the bottom eyelid and are actually oil ducts that mix with your tears to prevent them from evaporating. They are called Meibomian Ducts. They get plugged up so not sure if your Dr. plugged or unplugged them for you.
The hot compress on eyes and rubbing them with your closed fist sometimes loosens the blockage..it helps!
