Ya Ya I am trying to stay on tx and quitting drinking is hard enough right now but I have cut down a lot using e cigs for my nic addiction not sure if they are safe but they say they are better than real cigs

Jim I think you are MUCH better off using ecigs or gum or patch. It seems to be the toxins in the smoke itself that are most injurious.
That is why when dosing MJ, I vaporize or use edibles ..never smoke it

Man Kramer........if I hear one more thing about the smoking thing I am gonna cream..............LOL...........or SCREAM...........LOL

I am beginning to wonder if the reason my eyes are green is because I smoke!!!!!!!!!!

But......like Plunger......I am TRYING to use this E-cig and it has helped me cut down a bit.........baby steps...........and if my eyes turn BLUE.....well then we will know:):)

bear- please stick to the e-cigs and stop smoking regular cigs.

Yeah, yeah, I know I'm the LAST one who should be lecturing people about their bad habits and I said I wouldn't bug you anymore about your smoking but I changed my mind. I mean it. DON'T make me come down there...I don't think I'll survive Texas in the summer.

I don't know but I just came back from a 5-hour celebration of life for someone who passed because of smoking. My friend's stepmom. It was not a sad occasion though, and actually, it was the funnest one I've ever been to. Some good friends, new friends and great food & drink and remembrances. Was a good time. I expected to leave 3 hours earlier but hell we had fun celebrating her life and sending her off to her next journey. I hardly knew her but I did know many of her loved ones.

Okay heading back out to the streets.

Smoking anything can't be good for anyone, but don't beat yourself up. Anybody who is trying to make healthier lifestyle choices will reap some benefits.
