Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

No replies please, I have enough to deal with without having several replies that I need to explain.
As most of you know, my brother Norman had a stoke on monday, and having to deal with that, and coming here to see trouble all over the board, wasn't easy for me.
I love you all the same way, and wouldn't dream of having one of my members leave due to this episode that has drawn out way too long.
We are not children here, we are all grown people dealing with one of the most deadly disease aside from cancer, and we need to stick together, in Harmony.
I've been here almost 2 years now, and this as never happened, and I hope it doesn't happened for another 2 decades, this way I won't be around to see it.
So please, this is a Hepatitis forum, nothing else, so think very carefully before posting.
And if you can't think of something nice to say, don't say anything at all.

I agree.
There are many other groups here that will fit everyones needs for what they are interested in.
NONE OF US needed the goings on that occurred here of late.
I think WE ALL have alot to deal with personally in our lives with our own illness and family issues and sickness..I am stressed to the max with an Aunt dying of cancer back home and now bad news about my MRI of the shoulder..
then
to come here to the boards and see any of my sisters or brothers here on DS hurting, hurts me too.
lets all try and be loving to one another and keep the posts..hep-c related..YAY!
