The online test does not seem to be exctly the same as the app.

There are many cognitive function online tests that if for nothing else are a good mental workout!

That's exactly what it's good for Kramer but, I wouldn't use it to screen for MHE because of the fact that it's relying totally on the patients reactions exclusively from questions being given only as opposed to pre-screening with the use of a chemical spectro- analyzer that sniffs out the noticeable ammonia gas which would be present in the patient's own breath...

And then combining the spectro-analyzer results with the above mentioned cognitive test, well this would then give the clinician a much better screening method to proceed with the necessary blood tests to confirm the presence of MHE IMHO. ;>)

Still, it's an interesting tool to add in a tool box needed to analyze MHE and possibly other neurologically impaired conditions also.
