Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

There are many cognitive function online tests that if for nothing else are a good mental workout!
And then combining the spectro-analyzer results with the above mentioned cognitive test, well this would then give the clinician a much better screening method to proceed with the necessary blood tests to confirm the presence of MHE IMHO. ;>)
Still, it's an interesting tool to add in a tool box needed to analyze MHE and possibly other neurologically impaired conditions also.
