I know exactly what you mean. Its crazy. The great thing about it is that it goes away. I have a rock that I rub when I have those days to remind me that its the treatment. You are strong to be able to do this, always remember it is not you, Its the treatment. It wont last forever. I try to stay in bed on those days, watch movies and pray tomorrow is different. Hope things get better for you, you can and will beat this.
