Omg! That is so cool. I love his little ski shoes!

I rescued a baby squirrel once & he thought we were it's parents. He followed me around. My children were around 6 & 8 at the time and they loved him. named him Ralph. I decided to give him to my neighbor who had lots of animals and said he'd rescued squirrels before. I was afraid something would happen to Ralph if we kept him, and it would crush my kids. We also had two cats, who I had to keep separated from Ralph of course. My crazy neighbor actually set up a room for Ralph. He kept him too long tho, and Ralph wouldn't leave when he tried to release him. so he kept him, and he had a huge cage, but the squirrel didn't get enough excersize or something and after a year or so his legs became kind of paralyzed - according to my neighbor. I didn't want to see this. Eventually the squirrel died. Sorry to be such a downer after that cute video clip! People shouldn't keep wild animals unless they really know what they're doing. The squirrel on the video looks happy & healthy.

we don't have squirrels , it must have been neat walking to school and watching squirrels collecting nuts, they look really cute. I used to watch Chip and Dale when I really little :-)

I put a cracker w/peanut butter on it every morning, out my kitchen window on the roof (I'm on the second floor & there's a porch w/roof right outside my window). My cat sits there & waits for the squirrel to come get his breakfast. I might have posted this before. I took some pictures one morning. They came out kind of dark. Now the squirrel doesn't get as close to the window as he did in the beginning. Camera shy I guess - or afraid the cat might just somehow get through it to him. He'll take the cracker and sit about 5 ft away and eat it. Still good, tho. Fern gets entertained, and the squirrel gets to eat. lol.

Speaking of excersize..... I've got to get this body outside for a walk.
I made a batch of oatmeal cookies earlier and basically sat around the whole day, sampling the cookies of course.

NZmum ..cute story ..TRUE. My good pal moved to Australia and brought his fiance back to Canada to get married. I chauffeured them to Niagara Falls an while on the was Patricia literally SCREAMED from the back seat STOOOOOOOOOOOOP!!!
My heart was racing as I pulled over. Had I hit someone, something? "Pat what's wrong?" "Look" pointing out of the window "A squirrel!"

They are funny! I want to set up a squirrell circus. The line between 2 trees with obsticles on the line with food at certain locations, Swmbo said NO.(she who must be obeyed) Oh well she is out of town so who knows!

There are evil squirrels.
I personally watched two squirrels torment my dog into jumping the fence and chasing them across the street several times. It finally dawned on me that the squirrels only did this when cars were coming...my dog was nearly ran over. True story.
They were Denver squirrels,,, in case it matters!

Im, thats funny, I understand completely, I havnt ever seen one in real life so would be excited to see that too. We don't have squirrels or Roos but we do have possums, no one really wants to see a possum though, they only come out at night and they get agressive if cornered, usualy when your camping and have to go a long drop you'd come across one.

Hey Bill.... I like the idea of a squirrel circus! of course we'd have to have cool little outfits made for them. Some clowns, some dressed up as babies, maybe some monkey costumes.

Since at least one we know of can ski, maybe we can train some to be trapeze artists.. I mean they kind of are already.

We could charge admission, and donate the proceeds for hcv tx for those who can't afford it.
