Glad the surgery went well...must be nice to have a god that drives a spaceship...
Thanksgiving sucked...happy new year!
Post more often.
Happy Holidays to you.
I'm glad the operation went well and you're on your way to recovery...
Now, please don't make the same mistake I did by trying too hard to get back in shape because it was very frustrating to stop as a result of re-injuring myself and having to start all over again with the PT!
One day at a time is the way to go and only do what you can before it gets too painful... Don't try to work through the pain as I did also because you'll regret it later like I did, and if you think you need more time to heal before you begin PT then ask your doctor what their thought of delaying PT and explain why you feel the way you do because they need to know exactly what's going on with how well your rotator cuff is healing... All the best to you! *{(:>)}~
Respectfully,
Henry
Yeah it may read as totally over the top but anthropologists and archeologists along with some distinguished scientists all agree that based on the evidence they observed, that this actually did happen to the Great Alexander and his mighty armies...
Yes sir! I'm still waiting alright! *{(:>)}~
Respectfully,
Henry
