It is only a signature and you can hide it if you don't want to disclose your name. Since 7:30 am it's collected very small number of signatures....SIGN IT! i signed ...her story is so similar to mine ...birth ..blood transfusion in 1978 Hep c type 3a and Cirrohsis stage 3 Cant get free access to these drugs in Canada !!!!! hope all goes well with this ...good luck !!!
