The combo went to FDA for approval before Gilead released Harvoni and their price ( they must be taking a hit on Ledipasvir to undercut Janssen). I'm not sure who would prescribe it now. Very effective but can't price compete.
Maybe Janssen will have a fire sale and sell off Olysio; 84 pills for $5,000?

I never heard anything about a recall. Its just now become obsolete due to the price.
