Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
Above 11,000 feet (up to 14,000), you can't be at that altitude more than 15 minutes without oxygen. Above 14,000, you MUST have a pressurized aircraft and/or oxygen.
He jumped at 128,000 feet! (I jumped at 11,000 and was utterly terrified but would do it again -- maybe.) Can you imagine? He's an ex-paratrooper but still... that's utterly amazing! Stupendous! Collosall!
