Hepatitis C Support Group

Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

I participated in one of their gatherings a long time ago when I was waiting for my transplant and afterwards also...

Thank you gentleman, I found a walk in Denver Aug. 4th.. What a great way to raise funds and awareness!. Now, to get in shape for it. :)

I live in NY and walk a lot I but don't do things in groups. It is a good cause though...
