I notice Sofosbuvir mentioned treatment naive patients with geno 1. Did I miss news about anything for those of us who have failed a couple of times before?

If you're looking for a trial, there are many for null responders. I'm having trouble because I was in a trial, excluding me from most.

Trails are hard to find up her in N Dakota. More cows than people. I was wondering because in the post about it seeking approval it was only for geno 1 that had not treated before.

Sofosbuvir is the just the first of a few all oral drugs going to FDA.
The others will go soon too and are effective for geno1 null responders as well.
They are all out there, it will just take about a year for them to come out.
Sofosbuvir will be used with Interferon and Ribavirin at first but then the rest will follow.

Thanks, my Dr told me it would be about a year before stuff was available. Thankfully I can wait that long. Just prefer not to.
