I strongly recommend seeing your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselor for a couple of sessions. They are key in situations like this and will help you come up with a plan. Get the referral from Human Resources. It's confidential.
Just do it! :-)
I work for a very small company and there is no such thing as a HS department!!
Thanks for you support.
I'm not a doctor, but it seems to me that unless you can get a handle on the depression, it will be hard to deal with the other conditions.
Mild depression is quite different than severe depression. The latter usually requires both professional counseling and medication. If improvement is noted, then you might start with easy walks during your lunch break. Even simple exercise like walking can help with stress, high blood pressure & anxiety as well as help you sleep. Studies have shown it to be as effective as drugs for low levels of depression.

I have major thyroid problems (been on meds many yrs) but I have had swelling & pain in my gland in my neck for about 6 months. I am finally ready to admit I need to see the dr for this. I so dread another round of dr visits & tests but don't know what else to do. I hope when I get to HEAVEN God will answer my ?s about so much suffering in my life.
I'm adding you to my prayer list. You are loved!!!
