Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
I would like to strongly urge anyone putting off taking the new cure to go for it. I have taken all 4 cures over the years and the latest is basically side effect free. Nothing at all like the older ones that were hell sometimes. Unfortunately the last 2 cures showed cleared but the 3 month later test the virus came back. But that is just me most people clear forever. Again the treatment is virtually side effect free so get off your butt and go for it.
I am curious as I did the SOV/Riba for 24 weeks and I am right there with you saying "go for the treatments and do not wait" - more damage gets done the longer you wait!!
