thank you for all your help in advance. I am up to three shots of neupogen a week, my white count is down to 1.0. I think much of it is while we had company for a month we ate what ever they wanted. I am being sent to a hematologist/oncologist to make sure " Nothing else is going on". Any one else have these issues?

Hello Chiefc,
When did you start the neupogen?

I usually take no longer than a week, when are you going back for CBC's.

Your WCB should get to normal range in no time, with the neupogen.

McKenzie, thank you for the email. I have been on Neupogen since August 8th. First one shot/week still went done. two/week still went down. Now starting three. IN the beginning of HCV treatment they would not believe my white counts were RISING. Now we are floundering. I am glad this is working for you: next blood work; Wednesday.

At what point do they usually start neupogen? My white cell count is down to 2.0 and the doc says I am still within allowable tolerance, thus they are doing nothing. Chiefc I will pray for improved results on your next labs.
