Take a deep breath. Nothing critical is going to happen. my whites went down to 2.4 and I wasn't even put on neupy. My ANC had dropped down to 725 and I was still able to proceed without rescue drugs. My reds are just a hair lower than yours are now and I'm still not on procrit. Be patiently persistent with your doctors office to find out how he wants to handle things.

My white count went down to 1.something, I forget, but it went back up too. I didnt have to go on anything for it. Dont worry, just listen to your doc. He or she will advise u as to what is best for u. Remember...drink lots of water!!!
I have a nurse who calls me whenever I have had blood tests and then she talks to the liver specialist to see what is what.
Do you have a support team? Usually set up through a Medical Specialty clinic from the hospital.
I use sprouts, zinc, blueberries, yogurt to help support my white blood count and immune system, and these foods etc, have actually brought my white blood count up.
Haven't experienced any red blood count being lower so just hoping all works out for you.
