Sorry hunni, but I've got this book here, and read that once.
I did take some when I experience a anxiety attack, but that's it.
I was hooked on those for several years, six to be exact, but now I always carry them with me, in case of a panic attack.
By the way, they are very strong those pills, if I would take one under the tongue one night due to an attack, you can be sure that you loose me for a good 36 hours.
My system is very sensible to meds, so I usually take only half of the little pill if you know the size of them, they are very tiny, and I split one in half, and still find myself very drousy the next day.
Good luck with that, hun.
