thank you Debbie for sharing
When DS put me in jail...........the thing I missed most was being able to offer just a tiny bit of support to some folks. It just killed me when I would read a post and couldn't reply (like yours that night)........while I truly appreciated all the out pouring of support "I" was getting and it warmed my heart........what I missed the most was not being able to reach out just a little to others.
I find that trying to help others takes my mind off the "poor me" shit......I'm not as active as I once was.......part of that is my health....but the big thing right now is this stupid move.........once that is finally over..then boy will I have some stories to tell...and I am sure my pity pot is gonna over-flow...cause living with my MIL is prolly gonna put ME over the edge............
So...I am gonna hold you to your word....you damn well better be here for ME...........when that time comes...........LOL.
Meanwhile.........lots of others need support right now....get that outta they way so you can devote a LOT of time to me........LOL :):)
Helping others (& counting our blessings) does as much for us as for the ones we help. It lifts us up. We're all necessary on this earth.
We can all pray for others, even if we can't physically or monetarily assist.
