Since my VL load has returned after completing treatment I need to start trying to manage Hep C. Where do you get Milk Thistle? Any other suggestions?

I buy mine by bottles of 200 or 400. At GNC..........
Good luck, i take 600 mg a day.

You have to sneak up on a Thistle, rope it and then milk it. Sorry I couldn't resist but you can get it at any nutrition center or place that sells supplements. I don't know if quality is an issue as I tend to trust my nutrition center more than I would trust other retail stores that sell supplements.

health food store. get the 350mgs if you can find. i take a minimum of 5 pills a day; somedays take 15 of them. can't hurt you. they give it iv in england. (i think it's best if the bottle says "standardized" on it)
