Things will start to improve and it will be those little things you will notice the most. You will find your self cracking a smile thinking Thank God thats over. LOL
I just made it through my second mild workout since I finished and the first one really sucked but the second one got just a little bit easier. I still have a ways to go but I have no dought I'll get there.
