My memory is not very well and i havent started treatment yet..but always a fog hovering over my concentration and focus..i truly hate it!

my memory is on low battery power which sparks in and out at random...just when I think < I won't remember any of that with this fog head...it pops into my mind and shocks me...I even remembered an address the other day....but then I thought it was Saturday all day and today I keep thinking it is Friday....
Lost in a fog ...amazing I put a day together and then some...Thnx God

@Gurlblue: Ditto. I am tx naive and only 35yo, and my memory + concentration is noticeably lower than it was 7 years ago when I believe symptoms first appeared practically overnight! With those symptoms was the foggy head as well, like I am still stuck in a half-dream like state. I call that my daily dizziness.

I used to be so clear-headed, sharp as a tack, concentration and patience were almost unbreakable. I could look at the sky, the grass, even the snow, and everything was so clear and beautiful. Now, it just seems surreal. I hate it too. I want my clear head back!


@rock, wish I could contribute to the knowledge of this tx you are on, but others on here have done or are doing this one and can help you more. But, I definitely feel for you!

I did the same meds 24 weeks and my memory was VERY bad.
Actually I was getting scared....I even started saying things the wrong way...that stopped. It is scary.

Slowly (post 3 weeks completed tx), and function starting to return to some type of normal.

For me, I think it may take time....I made the mistake of stopping all the water right away and I would recommend that you continue with a good diet and keep drinking that water!!

I am having a slow time recovering - started first feeling on top of the world and then so drained (even though 24 week VL undetected) and in ER last week and liver enzymes normal.
Takes a while - see Doc next week for follow up.

I thought it would clear out quickly - but no way, brain does get better - takes time. I got REAL bad, afraid to handle anything serious.
I think it is the MED issue, such a build up in our systems and the 24 weeks is a very long time - for me it felt that way.

I am returning to normal brain wise....Was getting afraid to drive, for real.

Brain fog and its worse today...had a doc appointment and of course i couldn't get my gps to cooperate so basically i learn to tolerate going in circles and flippin u-turns all day.. ...NOT! Oh the stories are endless! But i will end this by letting you all know what really topped my day...when i got out of doctors office of course i act like i know where my car is but actually my eyes are going bonkers looking for it! Wait thats not it..when i found my big black car (lol) i get in and um..im sitting in the back seat...until i realized there wasnt a steering wheel im like OMFG!..go ahead and laugh its pretty comical..i do agree!

I could hardly complete a sentence, couldn't find words when i was on solv/riba. it WILL get better when you're done & detoxed. Tow months post, I'm doing better with that, mood, energy, even ringing ears is improving.

LOL I'm improving, .but my post would raise questions. Two not tow. And I do recall we're supposed capitalize the first letter in a sentence. Nuff said.
