Hepatitis C Support Group
Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

For me personally: I don't do supplements of any type. It's putting another man made item in my body.
I don't do cleanses. There is no documented proof from a reliable source with long term data reports to prove they do anything.
What I do, do. I believe in exercise!!!! I do yoga because at my age I want low Impact. I love the way I feel. I quit smoking!!! I quit fast food, fried foo.
I eat a sensible diet which I prefer to call a nutrition plan. For me a common sense approach is the best. I quit all soft drinks and junk food.
Lots of water and by all means NO ALCOHOL!!!!
I feel for me that this a approach is the best approach. So for you I suggest a common sense approach that makes you happy but makes you feel good. I may have HCV, but I feel better than I have felt since I was in my youth. It is almost as if I had to get sick in order to get healthy.
