I am forcing myself to start exercising, VERY SLOWLY. Yesterday I rode my bike for about 15 minutes of easy pedaling around the neighborhood, I was exhausted.
Today I lifted very light weights for 15 minutes. I feel completely zonked right now, LOL.
But I refuse to let this virus OR this treatment do me in. Not today.
