Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
My Doc had to explain it to me, I mean as far as the way they write it. I mean especially if you are going off how they keep up with it.
When i do my 11 th shot next week, my Doctor ( and most others) will consider it my 10th week! And I don't get my 12th week labs done until after i completely do the 12th week....not at the beginning.
So this might explain it.
