Hi everyone, I've been HCV-free for almost 2 years now so I don't come around often. But my friends here helped me get through one of the toughest times of my life. I just read that enormous thread about God Mockers & Liberals. I'll come clean with you: I'm a Christian. But the whole time that I was a regular here, it was OK to be a Christian. That's who I am. I had friends here who were gay. Friends from other beliefs. It was OK. I could say "I thank God for something..." or tell someone that I would pray for them and folks just knew that was me. I never felt the need or had the right to tell other people how to live their lives. But I never had to hide who I was either. Similarly, it was OK to touch on some political topics without getting into a big republican/democrate fight. Fact is: HCV IS political. Our gov'ts have shamefully neglected us and we should be able to discuss that. So I would encourage you to let everyone be themselves and save your anger for the dragon!!
