Wow, I'm 22yrs old almost 23 and I started the triple tx on Friday, inc+riba+inf. Stage 1 liver demage.
First day wasn't pleasant.... Couple of hours after the shot, I threw up every thing in my stomach, had a severe lower back pain that I couldn't stand or sit straight.
Day two wasn't that back except for headach. Well, I'm on day three and it's almost ticking down and still no side effects. I hope it remains so.

I decided to start treatment because I was always denied a join in Law Enforcement.

Well am keeping my fingers crossed for Aug 24th blood work.

its all good if it kills this crap. you will get the best support and info around from folks who are going or have gone through the this treatment. it is the stuff! Good luck and god bless!

Glad you found this bunch of supportive people. Keep your eyes on the prize and don't forget to check out the newbie corner for those new to treatment. It is different for everyone but hope you get through with minimal sides - it always gets better after you are through with the incivek.

22!!! I got it when I was 19, almost 62 now

Still here, still working, same liver. And you have MUCH better treatment available than I had, which was ZERO

You'll do fine, get cured, and treatment will be a distant memory

Best of luck to you. Just took #10 myself so early stages for me too. Minimal sides to you. Feeling well at the moment. Some sides but all manageable. Psychological sides seem to be the most challenging to deal with but I had a good weekend. I feel best when keeping busy and resting when I need to.

welcome to the site and congrats on starting your war with the dragon......... Hope your tx goes smooth for you. Each shot is different, hell for that matter, each minute, hour and day can go from one extreme to the next with no warning. It's doable this time for me. Dont know how I got so lucky since last 48 week tx I was totally bedridden. Like I said...... every day will be different.
