I have a pretty low viral load (100,000) and I started with syptoms, thats how I knew something was wrong. I was tired all the time, always had a swollen feeling on my right side, and the brain fog has been horrible. My job even lowered my requirements at work so that I can function without getting irritated.

I'm wondering what you mean about your viral load being "normal range." You are either zero viral load or you're not. Do you mean your liver enzyme tests are within normal range?

Anyone who has Hep C can have symptoms regardless of what their liver enzyme levels are.

i have to agree with kary and everyone else that has posted a reply to you. what is normal range for vl???????? there are normal ranges for virtually every other blood results out there but your vl is either 0 as in undetectable or your hcv is active. on the other hand, how long is it since youdid your tx? cos from what i understand, some ppl continue to have sides/symptoms long after tx finished. its just a thought.
whatever the case, perhaps its time to go back to your doc and ask him to explain and if you still dont understand, then source another specialist for a 2nd opinion.
