MASHED VEGES. I will boil up the vege usually: potatos, carrots, peas or beans, bit of spinich or chard and other bits like pumpkin or parsnip can go in if you have them, I salt them and at the end mash it up together and eat with salt and a little blob of butter . Its really basic and you might need some grated cheese on top to make it satisfy for longer.
SALAD WRAP thingy. I usually warm the wrap with some grated cheese and little bits of chopped up garlic in the oven under the grill first but not so long as the wrap goes hard, just to melt the cheese a bit. washed lettuce, grated carrot, any sprouts or herbs like parsley, chives and salady stuff in the middle with a bit of salt and pepps and a drizzle of olive oil. It should be a little bit warm and the olive oil runs a bit while you eat it. Its also quite messy in the kitchen afterwards but it does make me feel liver friendly.
BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE, frozen blueberries, soy milk, banana a little cinnamon in the blender. Well I don't know how specifically liver friendly it is but it is yum and simple.
As far as the mashed veggies - yuk - and what the heck is chard? I'm sure I'd hate it. I'm really bad about eating veggies. I live on sugar. Got my labs yesterday (for visit to my hepatologist next week) and my glucose was a whopping 131! This is not good.
