Depends on the doctors and your insurance company. I wish you well. Treatment is nothing like the old. Very easy on the body and mind and most clear.

It does depend on your insurance, what labs & tests they require to prove you need to get treatment now. Also depends on where ...where you live! Some people with no liver damage are easily getting approved, others need to prove cirrhosis and/or have other pressing issues.
But no worries! Once your doctor refers you, you should be on the conveyor belt to treatment. It takes a little time, for instance, if you need Patient Assistance Network to pick up what insurance won't pay.
They've got the whole process down to a science.
Before you know it, you'll be on harvoni or whichever they decide is best for you.

i have just started Harvoni , been on it for three days now. Its been really good so far.It took me about three weeks to get on medicine but waiting on my doctor appointment's from when i first found out took a little longer with the test and getting test results back. But it was all worth the wait because now i'm on the medicine and feel better knowing i'm doing something to get rid of it.I feel less stressed now. Wishing you the best.
