The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

I'm liking "sime" too - but NOT gonna do it with Inteferon. I hope my doc. can convince my meds insurance provider to cough it up for sime and sofos - that's the plan as soon as both are FDA approved for use w/out Interfuckon for the other genos. Me (and you) being 1a, it will be considered "off-label" to leave out the ifuckon, but sime and sofos and been awesome in trials for geno 1's without Interf.

2014 IS gonna be our year, Kramer. I'm tx naive, and you're experienced (like Jimi H. sang) - but these new drugs are going to be the nukes for both situations.
